CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CLASSES & WORKSHOPS
If you book in for class online you can cancel up to TWELVE hours before. If left later or a no show you will lose that class from your pass. As our numbers in studio are so limited please consider the impact on your teachers income in late cancellations and allow us as much time as possible to rebook your space if you can no longer make it.
For workshops, events and trainings – when purchasing a spot at a workshop or course you are committing to attend. No refunds are given for purchased workshop tickets. If you can no longer attend, we can try and fill your spot with notice, and if successful we will refund you minus a 20% admin fee.
OUR TEACHERS operate out of the studio on a self employed basis (each of them being individually insured) and therefore the income from your pass for the classes you attend go directly to the teacher, not to the studio. Please keep in mind that as a small studio with limited space, cancellations do have a big impact on your teachers personal income. Thank you for understanding.
