  • Mum and Baby yoga

    Come join us for 75 minutes of yoga to support post-natal recovery, bond with your baby and connect with a group of women going through the same wild and wonderful ride of motherhood. You can expect pranayama (breathing practices) to find calm and reconnect to your core; asanas (postures) to build core strength and target common symptoms such as back pain; massage for your baby as well as a wonderful group of other women to share your experiences with and help champion you on.
    Please note this is a block booking of 6 weeks. To join this class please purchase the 'Mum and baby 6 week block' pass for £60 on Momoyoga and use this to book into the class.
